Government Job Vacancies

The Isle of Man Government believe that Enjoying and Achieving, Being Healthy, Staying Safe, Making a Contribution and Prospering are all things young people deserve.

The Youth Service helps young people achieve these outcomes.

The Youth Service is part of the Department of Education. Where and when youth clubs are open are decisions taken by this Department. Consideration is given to where the resources are most needed and can have the greatest effect.

We involve young people and staff in making the decisions about the best ways to achieve the outcomes. This is usually involves devising a programme of activities. Young people say the activities, the chances to have fun and the support and friendliness of the youth workers are the most important things.
