Paul Rogers is the teacher in Brastyl Kiare. He is from Wales and speaks Welsh but he learnt Manx and now he lives in Ramsey in the Isle of Man. Paul is interested in languages and understands Irish and Scottish Gaelic. Paul plays guitar and mandolin in the groups Strengyn and Skeeal and electric guitar in Tate.
