Comic Relief

Friday was a great success and we managed to raise over £500 for Comic Relief. Year 3 got the day off to a brilliant start with their Comic Relief Assembly and the huge variety of funny outfits that the children were dressed in really brightened up the hall. Throughout the day cakes were on sale to all classes and the children were given the opportunity to buy raffle tickets to win the chance to become Head Teacher for the morning. The lucky winner was Robert Murtagh in 1L. He will be acting as Headteacher this Thursday morning to allow Mr Sellors time to put his feet up! Both Foundation/KS1 and KS2 held talent shows and what an amazing display of talent there was to see! Lots of jokes, singing and dancing kept us all entertained! We would like to thank everyone that helped to make Red Nose Day at CYB such a brilliant day!
