It's not difficult to see how this tiny monkey got its name! At its home in the Amazon rainforest, it spends most of its life in the trees, running and leaping nimbly from branch to branch. |

There are seventeen different species of tamarins (you can also see the cotton-top tamarin at the Wildlife Park) and all of them are endangered because thieir havitat is being destroyed. |
